Do I have to pay GST tax on goods and services?
All businesses or individuals residing in Canada incur GST tax on
items.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
This will be determined after your order has been taken. Our
equipment is programmed, and fully tested before delivery to you,
the customer. A basic cash register can often be delivered the
same, or next business day, whereas more complex systems that
integrate scanners or scales could take several days longer.
Can I return my purchase?
If the equipment is defective within 30 days of purchase, you may
return it for a replacement unit by first calling Centura Cash
Register for a return authorization. If there is nothing wrong
with the equipment and you simply want to return it (maximum 7 days
after delivery), there is a 20% restocking fee. Programming labor
and freight charges are not refundable.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We prefer company cheques, Visa, MasterCard cash, or Money Orders.
I don't know how to program a cash register!
All cash registers are dispatched fully programmed to your
requirements and as per information you supplied to us. All
cash registers come with a programming manual to assist you once
installed.
